Wenn Sie an einem Speed-Dating-Event teilgenommen haben, das mehrfach verschoben wurde, möchten wir Sie auf Ihre Rechte hinweisen. Tatsächlich müssen Sie ständige Absagen nicht einfach hinnehmen. Sollte ein fester Termin vereinbart worden sein und dieser verschoben werden, haben Sie grundsätzlich das Recht, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten und Ihr Geld zurückzufordern – auch wenn der Veranstalter Ihnen statt einer Rückzahlung einen Gutschein anbietet.
Das gilt jedoch nur, wenn ein konkreter Termin festgelegt wurde. Wenn Tickets ohne festgelegtes Datum oder mit mehreren möglichen Terminen verkauft wurden, gelten andere Regelungen. In diesem Fall spielt es in der Regel keine Rolle, warum das Event verschoben wurde.
